Jason Bailey

Jason Bailey was appointed as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 10, 2025. Bailey is an accomplished finance and business executive with more than 25 years in progressive leadership roles in finance and accounting

He joined Frontdoor as the Company’s Vice President, Finance in September 2018. In this role, he has provided key strategic financial leadership and collaborated with the executive management team to drive the Company’s financial and operational success, oversaw the Company’s strategic sourcing and supply chain to capture operational efficiencies and cost savings, and managed the Company’s corporate financial forecasting efforts.

Immediately prior to Frontdoor, Bailey served in senior finance roles at ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc., the Company’s former publicly traded parent and a leading provider of essential residential and commercial services, including most recently as Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of the Terminix Commercial Business Unit. His experience and responsibilities included Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Strategic Finance supporting both corporate initiatives and ServiceMaster’s Business Units.

Prior to ServiceMaster, Bailey’s professional experience includes approximately 11 years of public accounting experience at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP where he served in the respective audit practices.  His work included public and private company audits and related SEC filings, support for Sarbanes-Oxley internal control assessments, acquisition support, debt offerings and various leadership assignments.

Bailey maintains an active CPA license from the State of Tennessee and holds Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation degrees from the University of Mississippi.
