Liane J. Pelletier

Liane J. Pelletier was appointed to the board of directors for Frontdoor on Sept. 10, 2018 and serves on the audit and compensation committees. She is an experienced executive, particularly in highly regulated industries, as well as in cybersecurity oversight, business model transformation and shareholder engagement.
Since 2011, Ms. Pelletier has served as an independent director, a private investor and board advisor. From 2003 through 2011, Pelletier was the Chairwoman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Alaska Communications Systems, an Alaska-based telecommunications and information technology services provider.
Prior to this, Pelletier held a number of executive positions at Sprint Corporation, a telecommunications company. She currently serves on the board of directors for Expeditors International of Washington, Inc., a global logistics company; ATN International, Inc., a holding company with investments in telecommunication companies; and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Pelletier holds a professional certificate in cybersecurity from Carnegie Mellon’s Software Engineering Institute. She earned her B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and an M.S. from the Sloan School of Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
